Join the Global Equality Caucus Delegation at WorldPride Amsterdam 2026

From 4 to 9 August 2026, legislators from around the world will gather in Amsterdam for one of the most visible and influential global events dedicated to equality and human rights: WorldPride Amsterdam. The Global Equality Caucus (GEC), together with its partners, is inviting elected representatives to be part of an international delegation committed to advancing LGBT+ equality, democratic resilience, and inclusive governance.

Our Amsterdam delegation will provide a unique opportunity for lawmakers to learn from one another, exchange best practices, and strengthen cross-border collaboration in support of human rights. At a time when democratic institutions and the rights of marginalised communities face increasing challenges in many parts of the world, spaces for international solidarity have never been more important. WorldPride Amsterdam 2026 will bring together legislators, government officials, mayors, policymakers, civil society leaders, and global experts for high-level dialogue on how to advance equality and inclusion at international, national and sub-national levels.

For participating legislators, the experience offers an opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions on effective policymaking, hear directly from advocates and experts, and explore strategies that strengthen democratic governance through inclusive laws and institutions.

The impact of WorldPride extends far beyond the host city. Last year, the event brought together more than 1.2 million people, making it one of the most significant and visible moments for LGBT+ rights worldwide. The platform reaches millions, amplifying messages of dignity, equality, and freedom across borders.

By convening a strong and diverse delegation, the Global Equality Caucus aims to deepen cooperation among legislators from different political systems and regions, creating lasting connections that support progress long after WorldPride concludes. As societies around the world navigate complex political and social challenges, the need for courageous leadership rooted in inclusion and respect for human rights is clear. WorldPride Amsterdam 2026 offers a powerful opportunity for elected representatives to stand united and demonstrate that equality and democracy go hand in hand.

The Global Equality Caucus invites legislators and elected officials to join the delegation and be part of a global moment that inspires action and reaches millions of people around the world. For more information about joining the delegation, please contact aron@equalitycaucus.org.
