EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Aron (he/him) is the Executive Director of the Caucus, leading on our overall strategy and engagement. A human rights champion and expert on LGBT+ inclusion, he has worked closely with parliamentarians as Director of Human Rights for Copenhagen WorldPride and as SOGI consultant with Parliamentarians for Global Action.

HEAD OF OPERATIONS
Andrew (he/him) oversees day-to-day operations of the Caucus, including project delivery, campaigns, stakeholder management, communications and research output. He has worked as an LGBT+ policy researcher specialising in health equity, international development and inclusive legislation, and has worked with the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Global LGBT+ Rights in the UK Parliament.

REGIONAL MANAGER (AFRICA)
Tshepo (she/her) is a Regional Manager for the Caucus, leading on legislative engagement and outreach in Southern Africa. She has worked with parliamentarians to craft gender recognition policy in Botswana and has advised the SADC Parliamentary Forum and the African Union Commission. Tshepo works with our partner organisation The Other Foundation to amplify dialogue on equality issues in the region.

REGIONAL MANAGER (LATIN AMERICA)
Erick Iván (he/him) is a Regional Manager for the Caucus, leading on our work with legislators and civil society across Latin America. For the past decade he has worked in youth organisation, LGBTI activism, political & cultural advocacy and project management. In February 2021, he ran as the first openly gay candidate to the Congress in El Salvador.

REGIONAL CONSULTANT (ASIA-PACIFIC)
Ryan (he/they) is a Regional Consultant for the Caucus, providing expertise to grow our network in Asia and the Pacific. With over two decades of experience, Ryan has cultivated deep relationships with policymakers, civil society organisations, and international agencies. As Executive Director of the Equal Asia Foundation, Ryan has driven impactful initiatives addressing intersectional vulnerabilities, including forced displacement, public health, and climate change.

HEAD OF MEMBERSHIP AND PARTNERSHIPS
María (she/her) leads membership engagement and stakeholder relationships for the Caucus as a multilingual interpreter and project manager. She is a former candidate for the Salvadoran Legislative Assembly, advocating for critical pedagogy, community development, and human rights.

PROGRAMMES OFFICER
Sheriff (he/they) supports administrative and communications delivery for the Caucus, working with our Head of Operations and Africa Regional Manager to implement research programmes and campaigns. A human rights advocate from Lesotho, Sheriff is the former Regional Advocacy Coordinator for Gender Dynamix and Senior Administrator and Researcher for Accountability International.
